FAQs

Yes! Every service and application we do, we ensure all methods and practices are eco-friendly, pet-safe, bee-friendly, and kid safe! The chemical we use is synthetic or lab made replica of chrysanthemum flowers called permethrin. Permethrin is the chemical of choice found in lice shampoo. The concentration that is used in the lice shampoo is anywhere from 6-15%, and the concentration of permethrin we use is only 1.3%. So it is safe for all animals, people, and even pests we don't target. We are a bee friendly company.

Because we strictly prioritize pet and kid safe practices and methods, natural outdoor environments mean no service can honestly promise 100% eradication of outdoor insects. However, for recurring pests like mosquitoes, spiders, ants, and other seasonal bugs, we guarantee a substantial reduction of 80% to 85%, with our results consistently beating those numbers. For targeted structural threats like wasp nests, our standard is total removal: we get it gone, period.
